In our job crafting sessions, we look at three elements:

Task crafting - how can the task be amended to allow better performance? Can work be shared out differently? Can we see any areas were the process can be streamlined to make it easier to carry out?

Relational crafting - This action looks at the way people interact a work. This can be particularly useful for neurodivergent individuals who might want to communicate in specific ways.

Cognitive crafting - How do people feel about the work they do? Can they be connected more closely to final outcome to see the impact of their work? How can it be tied to their values and motivations?

Although neurodiversity has been a hot topic recently, there is still limited understanding of what it means in the workplace. Managers and employees could be forgiven for not understanding the needs of their neurodivergent colleagues.

Our two hour training course covers the following topics:

What is neurodiversity?
Common terminology
How can this impaction people in the workplace?
What can we do to help?
